Try to compare your biceps or triceps (upper arm muscles) with mine, my name is Arnold Schwarzenegger.

You see, my biceps look "thickened" and "stiff" compared to yours?

Why? Why are mine biceps thickened?

Because my biceps have been working harder then yours!
It is that simple!

Why is gallbladder wall of your gallbladder thicker then my gallbladder wall?

Because your gallbladder has been working harder then mine!

Your gallbladder is full of stones!

Take one little plastic bag, big enough to put 5 - 10 marbles inside.

The First experiment:

Fill up that little bag with water. Squeeze the bag with your hands, so that all water comes out.

Try to remember waht force was needed to press water out.

The Second experiment: Now take enough marbles to fill up that bag. Put them inside the bag. Fill up the bag with water. Squeeze the bag with your hands, so that water comes out, without letting marbles out.

Now, how much energy does it take to squeeze water out?
Can you squeeze it out?

Now think. Every time you eat some fats, this happened. Amount of bile that you need for proper digestion of fats is the same as amount of water that you have squeezed the first time.

Amount of bile that you actually get in your intestines is equal to the amount of water that you have squeezed the second time.

Because you did not get enough bile, fats you ate will not be properly digested, and you will not be able to absorb them.

Start flushing!

Love
Arnold
