First, take a lot of clean water, at least 1 liter within short time (best water is natural spring water - if unavailable choose bottled spring water - largest containers available)

You can take an enema or colonic (again use natural spring water or filtrated wayter), and then do another flush, but use less epsom sat (1/3 of the total amount.

Make sure you eliminate all bad foods from your diet!

Try also foot zone therapy - walking barefoot on marbles or stones!
