Oh my Tracey!

At the end of 2001 my first love got in touch with me and that stirred up so many things, especially as we are both married to other people and have children. So many things came to the surface which i'd obviously buried for my entire adult life and i have been so angry with him. Since i've been doing the flushes i've allowed this anger to come out - he's stunned of course but i feel that i'm emptying my 'pot' and it has to be done.

How wonderful that flushing not only improves our physical beings but also our mental and emotional ones as well - and for me, they are more toxic than my body. :)
