I am now on my 21st flush today since the end of last September. I know they have helped me with my digestion problems with gas, bloating and burping and such. I seem to be able to go longer between the flushes with more relief. But I still have really bad days and I'm wondering if I will always have to do these flushes and if they will permantly help me.I wouldn't mind doing them 3-4 times a year if I had to but I don't want to have to keep on doing them every couple or three weeks.
Has anyone else gotten complete relief and how many flushes did it take. I know everyone is different but it's so discouraging.
