Hi Dolphin!

You can definitely do another flush right away. The flush you're doing is pretty much the easiest one to do. Are you using the Epsom Salts to flush everything out, I hope?

You may want to use Hulda's protocol below, but substitute it for the coke/olive oil/lemon mixture...

You can take a tincture of milk thistle & dandelion to help repair and tone your liver & gallbladder.

Hot compresses, castor oil packs, hot baths, 1 tbsp of Epsom Salt in 1 cup of water...will ease gallbladder pains.

Please flush again and tell us what you get out and how you feel!
