I never had any problems flushing after eating bananas on the day of flush.
In fact, that is the only thing that kept me feeling well. I tried to eat some other fruits, but they make me feel even more hungry.
I prefer bananas. I use to eat 4 bananas on a day of flushing and all the flushes were successful.
