The Epsom Salts before the olive oil mixture basically relax the bile ducts...so I only take 1 tsp of ES in water for the two drinks at night. I take 1 tbsp of ES in the morning drink.

I don't want to have crazy diarrea before bed either! And I still get out plenty of stones in the morning!
