I am on my second Dr. Clarke cleanse. During my first I fought diarrhea after my second Epsom Salt dose in the evening and God knows how I got to sleep and didn't wake up in a messy bed. ;-)

This time I couldn't help it, the diarrhea was stronger than me and I've had many trips to the bathroom already before taking the oil/juice/Walnut tincture combo.

Two questions: Does this impact the number of stones that will come through in the morning? And, assuming I'm in the minority, is there an alternative or variation of the cleanse that I can use that may hold off the diarrhea until next morning?
