I didn't get sick this time. But I also didn't take the Ornithine, so it took awhile before getting to sleep. I also have a hard time lying on my back to get to sleep.

I've taken my 1st dose of ES this morning and the "stuff" is flying already. I love this part of the flush. You get to see how much "stuff" is leaving my body that is making it healthier.
