Congratulations!

You get used to the enema really fast. You might even
start to like them. I have heard that tap water is no
good though...should be purified or distilled. Tap water
puts chemicals and heavy metals right on sensitive intestinal
tissues without even the filter of the digestive system to
work on them first.

I take strength from your 1/2-@$$ed attempts! I always
tried too hard and didn't get any results. I'm going to
try to relax and not expect anything.
