Based on the result I'm getting, I have got to get more motivated about doing a flush properly.

My 1st 4 flushes produced 500-1000 stones.

My 5th flush produced many many stones even though I aborted after taking 5T cal/mag citrate and prune juice.

I decided to flush yesterday. Ate no-fat all day, and for the first time drank about 1 litre of apple juice and ate 2 apples.

I drank my 1st dose of es mixed with apple juice this time (much better).

Then I did an enema for the 1st time. Just warm tap water because this is new to me so I looked at it as just practice. 1 quart followed by 1 quart. This is one of the strangest things I have ever done. Couldn't hold it long. Didn't like it much. Don't really want to do another one. But got out at least 30 pea sized stones and felt really good (and clean) afterwards. So I'll probably do it again. I don't know......maybe you get used to it.

After all this, I got hungry and decided to eat, darnit. I'm not sure where this lack of discipline is coming from. I go to all this trouble and just can't seem to finish. I think the next time I will plan to set an early alarm to take to oo/gf and go back to bed or just have a movie day because I can't seem to get thru those evening hours right now.

Anyhow, today I have eliminated several stones. At least 50-100 mixed with bm, so I can't really tell. I guess I'm loaded with them since I keep getting so many without really trying. I guess I'm fortunate that I never had any liver/gb pain (although lately I've noticed some tightness - probably just more aware) and I started this for allergies/arthritis/acne/headaches/fatigue. I know I'll get these stones out of me eventually, but it's going to take a really long time if I don't get my act together.

:)
