Oh Baird. . . it is just a blessing you are getting better.

Incidentally, I know this seems strange for friends to chatter across a little board. But I want to assure readers that this really is working. No dairy, no complex sweets, no wheat. . tough to stay on. . but appears to be a great healer.

I have to say. . so far. . the food tastes good, too. From all that I've read on this, it does seem that dairy is the REAL culprit.
