Hi Miss scarlet,

The first reason that came to mind for me is that the liver breaks down estrogen... (this is a guess) but maybe some get trapped or stored in toxins and now that your doing the liver cleanse.. it is coming out, thus making your breasts swell! Im only going on my gut instinct here... but it sounds realistic....
