Just wanted to let everyone know. I am using the B&P shakes right now, and this morning I passed 3-5 medium sized stones (maybe more). They stood out because the rest of the stool sank to the bottom, but the stones floated. From what I understand, normal waste should sink, but cholesterol will float because it is lighter than water. I have a feeling that passing stones is not all that uncommon, but most people just don't recognize it when it happens (And most people don't sift through their own stool).
