this is what helped me
vegetable enzymes
not eating wheat or dairy, or anything else you suspect that you might be allergic to
TAKING 500mg OF NIACINIMIDE 2X PER DAY
acidopholis in a capsule that will survive the HCl of your stomach
possibly killing off parsites
