Hi there...Edgar Cayce recommended castor oil packs...here are some pages with his information on it!

PS - I searched endlessly but couldn't find any other reference to this 'potato water'. I tried all the known sites and I have books of Edgar Cayce 's of my own....don't know about that!

*I read a specific reading for Gallstones of his that said to do castor oil packs every day for 5 days for 1 1/2 hours. At the end of the 5th day take 1 tbsp of olive oil. Have a 3 day rest then do the 5 days of packs again...taking 2 tbsp of olive oil. Rest 3 days. 5 days of packs then 3 tbsp of olive oil. Then an enema or colonic.
