Hi, I just did my 1st liver cleanse - 1 gal. apple juice and 1 gal.
distilled water for 3 days then the 1/2 cup olive oil and a chaser of 1/4 cup lemon juice. My teeth are now sensative when I brush them - maybe too much acid. Is their a better alternative than all that sugary apple juice? I expelled a few stones but expected to expell more. I did have a few dark thumb sized things come out
but I wasn't sure if that was BM. Although it sure came sliding out like a slippery marble! Thanks, utgirl
