Hi Everyone,
I have completed my 9th flush today.
I did the shot glasses of Olive-Oil which I started on my 7th flush. But this time I took it every 15 minutes for an hour, (4 shots.) Last time I took 3.
Things were going great, no headaches or any adverse effects, until 2.00a.m. when I woke up feeling nauseous. I went to the loo, and was going both ends. The sickness was a first for me, and I don't normally use my bowels (after the initial clean out from Epsom Salts earlier in the evening) until after my Epsom Salts drinks after 6.00a.m. and even tho I used to feel nauseous in my earlier flushes I have never thrown up yet. I think the last shot of OO (Olive-Oil) and few mouthfulls of lemon juice was just too much for my system to take. So will cut that out next time.
Anyway, I went back to bed and propped myself on pillows until the sickness left me. I was worried that because I had thrown up that the flush may not work.
6.30a.m I took my Epsom Salts drink, and then started trotting to the loo about 7.30. Every time I went there were about 6 decent size green stones, and lots of smaller ones and hundreds of grainy/sandy beige stuff. This continued until about 11.00a.m In all I think I passed about 50 good size and hundreds and hundreds of teeny ones.
I finished mid afternoon with a coffee enema, and another first for me. This time the effects of the coffee enema expelled my largest stone to date. It was a beauty. Then I finished off with a warm water and salt enema, and I passed another big stone.
I am very pleased with todays effort and I feel good inside and out.
I really am amazed by the amount of grainy stuff that I pass with each flush. If you remember my posts previously the grain and sandy stuff far surpass the stones. But at least it is all moving forward, and I am getting rid of the stones slowly, but surely these days.
Happy flushing everyone. Till my next time.
regards
Marg
