Thank you, Southern Belle, Tracey & Nan. It just looks like a tunnel at the moment, with a smack on the wrist from my GP and some nasty surgery at the end...but after reading your messages & encouragement, I feel I should give it at least one more go. Yes, I did drink prune juice & eat carrots. On a positive note the coral looked pretty next to my jade green stones - which were softer than the last lot, with a tasteful marbled effect.

I'm a bit worried about undernourishing after all the laxatives & flushing. Multivits? Miso soup is always comforting.
