I have the opposite, I don't mind the salt water flush but I can't stand the tea. drinking it is fine, but the cramps I wake up with are so painful and debilitating. I'm literally hunched over in pain, unable to walk.
I would rather just so the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the AM.
any thoughts?
