Hello,

I have been reading your remarks about the Master Cleanse. I am interested in doing this. Did you change your diet before your started? Also did you buy the ingredients from a distributor or did you make it up yourself? I have not found a receipe yet.

LASTLY :0) did you do the flush every day?
