You can contact the site administrator directly for expert advice. As for my own opinion about fasting, it is just the most natural, amazing, God given way to heal and I doubt if it ever fails. As for self control, well thats what fasts are for, to exercise self control. Your voice problem, I am so sure if you continue the fast long enough, it will help you with that, too. Ask for a few weekends off and finish your fast, 10, 14, 21, 40 however many days and enjoy that cleansing for months and months to come.
