You have really broken it down for me. I have been on this site for a couple of months now and I have been looking for something that would break it totally down for me. I am on day 7,however, I am not a first time MC. My longest was 32 days and it was the best and worst times of my life, but well worth it health wise.
This time around I have notice some Depression but I just take it one day at a time and know it will pass. I plan on doing a 2 week clense. Thank you again!
