Hey folks, this is day 1 of a 10-day cleanse for me. I've never tried this kind of thing before, so I figured that I'd start out with just 10 days. I tried the salt water flush this morning...chugging down the entire quart of salt water was nasty...but I managed to do it. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. And absolutely nothing happened! I passed a little gas, but that's about it. I used the 2 teaspoons to 1 quart of water as prescribed in The Master Cleanser book...why didn't it work? Should I alter the amount of salt?
