This is day 3 for me. It is going very well. I have used the saline flush every morning. I make it hot to begin with and put half of it in a 32 oz. cup and sip it like I would hot coffee. Then I take the rest that has cooled alittle and drink it down as fast as I can. I like this flush because you don't get the cramping and pain that you do from laxatives. I think this is much easier on your bowels.
