I was getting cramps alot on "Smoth Move" as well. I'd take it in the mornig and then be in pain most of the day. BUT then I started taking right before bed. It takes about 6 to 8 hours to "kick in", so the "urge" would wake me up around 4am or 5am I'd do my buissness for about a half hour and then I was able to go back to sleep cramp free and wake up cramp free.
It's worth a shot.
