I am on day #3 and did the salt water flush on days #1 & 2.
It was very cleansing and lasted at least an hour and 1/2 & was straight water diarrhea. The info. I have read on this cleanse/fast says to stop if there is diarrhea. How long should I stop for? Also, I do not foresee starting again and it being anything but diarrhea, so I will only be doing the flush on non work days. If this is the natural response of the body to the flush, I need to know. Any different kinds of experiences out there from anyone?
