i slept on the bus all the way home yesterday - but then took my drink and got some energy - i guess from the maple syrup - my Sugar level must have been too low - anyway felt better after i drank up. i feel 100% better today - day 4 - i'm researching about the salt water flush and B&P - i haven't done any of those things yet - but i will have the herbal tea tonight. early though so i can safely get on my bus in the morning.
