i went to the health food store and got organic lemons - they are really big - so i'm getting 3 servings out of them (2 tbls each serving) i'm drinking about a gallon of water a day - but what i haven't done after the first day is to drink the herbal tea - i'm going to start again tonight - after the first day on the fast i woke up with a really bad headache and thought maybe it was something in the herbal tea or the valerian i took to help sleep so i stopped taking the tea - and besides i take a bus to work for an hour a 15 minutes - i didn't want to get "stuck" on the bus - if you know what i mean - a gallon of water is about right - i like water so it's not a problem just read through this site - it was enlighting - have you read this yet?
