indeed, it was one of my ideas for this MC, to try to quit smoking, but simply didn't work... on the first morning of MC, me and my girlfriend had an extremely bad day (love-wise) and the nervousness in the house was such that not-smoking (on top of not eating) was too much...

wish me more luck next time, i'll surely do Master-Cleanse again, because i _do_ feel positive effects of fasting anyway.
