Thanks for the encouragement Erick. I have done the Master-Cleanse once 2 yrs ago but only for 6 days. I'm generaly healthy, so no reason I can't go on . . . my boyfriend brought 2 movies home yesterday evening and we killed time and relaxed. I think he wanted to help me keep my mind off food and it worked. I work tonight from 6p to 6a and I'm taking the book, Back to Eden (Jethro Kloss), with me in case I get any time to read. Someone mentioned Kloss in an earlier post. Good stuff. Well, I'll decide tomorrow morning.

Can anyone clarify this though: I have read both 8 days and 10 days as a minimum. Which is it? Is there a definitive answer? I would sure appreciate if anyone can sort this out for me. Thanks, Suki
