hi all

ashamed to say, but i didn't succeed in not smoking on MC...
at first i lowered it down significantly, but since i have this project, i'm smoking like i used to do (close to a pack a day)

i'm on day 9 now...

did anyone else smoke during MC, and what does anyone think about it's effects/consequences for fasting?
