Wow! You have been getting such great results with eliminating those ropes! Do you notice a difference physically after eliminating as much as you have?

Although I'm not continuing with the fast past Day 9 this time, I am going to continue with the B&P shakes for as long as necessary to finally get rid of all the ropes I KNOW must be hiding inside me. I don't think it's necessary to be on the fast to accomplish this, but good for you if you want to continue beyond the 10 days!
