I have been taking only a maint. dose (6 in the morning) since I have been under control. I up the dose if I feel like it and do the Vitamin E enema too. I was under weight when I started and gained about 15lbs. back when I was healthy. I am going to try the EM stuff that has been recommended above if it works that would be great. It does cost an arm and a leg for the primal defense. Stay away from carbs!!!
