What kind of enzymes should I take? Should I do some kind of kidney cleanse? I've been constipated for about 2 months. Could that be causing the back pain - it's really bad. They did nothing at the hospital - no blood or x-ray - just assumed it was a muscle pull which I know it isn't? Thanks so much.
