All your advice is excellent as well as the others.

Colonics, dry skin brushing, epsom baths, Castor oil packs, Magnetic clay baths have all helped me with the detoxing. Chiropractic adjustments are helpful for immune system as well as jumping on a mini tramp. Yoga helps teach you how to relax and breathe properly oxygenation is so important. These horrible fungus and diseases would not be so prevalent if we could get the proper oxygen to our cells. Air pollution is part of the problem the atmosphere has a lower percentage of oxygen than it did 40 years ago.

Louise Hay is an excellent author she wrote the Power Within, Heal your Body, Heal your Life and many others. She teaches you how to change your thinking and that no disease is incurable. I am slowly learning to change my attitudes because of her.
