You may be going to fast. Listen to your body. Take less if you need to. Many people have less die off if they establish a proper candida diet first then add herbs and other supplements to target the candida later. colonics and enemas can also reduce the toxic load that is being recirculated in your body. Lastly, drink a ton of pure water to help flush toxins out quicker.

If need be, there are amino acids, minerals, and other nutrients which strenghten the specific liver detoxification pathways that are often overburdoned during the killing off of candida.
