I've been reading and have been told a lot that you have to kill the yeast first then colonize..if threelac is a probiotic, how does that work out?
And what about vitamins? C, e, b complex, etc. And what about magnesium suppliment? Do you take all that while you take threelac or you stop taking everything and wait till you're done to take all the other supps? Frankly, I don't feel any differnt from all the vitaminx i've taken in my life. I know, I know...its the absorbtion issue. So what do i do?
