And if you're serious about kicking it into touch this is the diet to follow, and don't worry about the carbs issue regarding starving. We get all the carbs/sugar we need from vegetables, the whole food pyramid is a bit screwy, but thats a whole other story!
It is imperative to adhere strictly to this diet while following our program!
Drink at least eight, 8 ounce glasses of filtered, distilled or spring water daily, ideally at room temperature. Fresh Lemon juice may be added if desired. It is preferable to drink the first glass of the day hot. Green tea and peppermint tea taste pleasant and assist the remedies in our treatment protocol.
All food should be as fresh and vital as possible! Love, appreciate and enjoy your food. Please do not eat leftovers or processed foods (dead food). Do not cook your food in microwave ovens or use aluminum cookware! Food has vital energy that can be enhanced or destroyed depending on how it is handled and prepared. By lovingly directiing healing intention and / or praying over food, its healing potential can be greatly increased! Try your best to eat slowly and mindfully and remember to chew your food as thoroughly as possible, DIGESTION BEGINS IN THE MOUTH! Do not use preserved meats or farmed fish. Whenever possible, use organically raised vegetables, meats and grains.
Primary Foods the bulk of the diet
Non starchy, non sweet vegetables (avoid carrots, corn, potatoes, onions, beet roots, yams, sweet potatoes and winter squash) either steamed, sauteéd and at times cooked up into homemade vegetable soup or broth. Lots of fresh greens (make a salad dressing from olive oil, lemon juice, kelp powder and Sea Salt or sesame tahini (lightly roasted sesame butter) diluted with hot water, lemon juice and Sea Salt , stir vigorously until creamy. Lots of fresh parsley, freshly juiced organic Celery & parsley juice if available. Lots of fresh garlic (powerful anti fungal / anti parasitic, garlic with purple skin is the strongest). Fish, beef , lamb, poultry and eggs. Commercially raised meats and farmed fish may contain Antibiotics which can worsen your condition! Avoid chicken if you have sinus problems. Shrimp, prawns and lobster should be kept to a minimum (they can congest the liver). When eating meat (beef or lamb), limit yourself to a portion no larger than 1/2 the size of the palm of your hand. You will otherwise overburden your digestive organs!
Secondary Foods eaten in smaller quantities or less frequently
Some individuals may wish to incorporate a small amount of plain, high quality yogurt into their diet (no more than 8 ounces daily). If you feel as if you can tolerate yogurt well, then be sure to leave a portion out at room temperature for 10-12 hours before eating it (this promotes the proliferation of friendly bacteria) yogurt can also be combined with flax oil or sesame tahini. Seeds (pumpkin seeds are anti parasitic and help the remedies, but may produce gas in some individuals) and nuts may be eaten in moderation (no peanuts, or peanut products). Flax seeds can be ground up (electric coffee mill) and combined with yogurt. Of all nuts, almonds are most preferable, especially if sprouted (soaked in water for a day) this makes them more digestible. Sesame tahini and almond butter may be used as spreads or as bases for sauces and gravies. A small serving (1/2 cup cooked) of brown rice, millet, amaranth, quinoa or buckwheat may be eaten daily. These grains should be rotated so that the same grain is not eaten for more than two days in a row. Chew well! Unsweetened brown rice cakes every once in awhile. Lightly toasted sesame tahini makes a delicious sauce or gravy for grains if diluted with a little hot water and flavored with lemon juice and Sea Salt . Sauteéd or baked tofu may be eaten as desired and very small portions (1/4 cup cooked) beans may be eaten one or two times per week.
Seasonings and Condiments
Sea salt, (Celtic Salt is best) may be used to taste and powdered kelp may be sprinkled on foods as a condiment. Pure virgin olive oil can be used liberally, take several tablespoons daily on an empty stomach if constipation is a problem. It's a good idea to mince several heads (not cloves) of garlic, add to a 3/4 full bottle of olive oil and set the bottle aside for a few weeks (shake bottle every few days). This may then be used as a powerful yeast fighting condiment / medicine. Use lots of fresh ginger root grated into your salads, on your vegetables, tofu, meats, soups and broths. It will greatly benefit digestion and help to offset some of the undesirable effects of our protocol's Primary Remedies on the digestive system. Ground cardomom, fennel and caraway seeds may also be used as condiments, since they greatly reduce gas and abdominal distension as well as improving digestive function. Other culinary herbs are permissible.
Sweets and Sweet Cravings
If you need a sweetener, use stevia (available in natural food stores) or birch bark Sugar (may cause loose stool). If grapefruit agrees with you, you may have 1/2 unsweetened grapefruit daily, away from all other foods. If you absolutely must have something sweet, a small amount of fresh berries or very small portions of fresh unsweetened pineapple every once in a while, are the only acceptable sweets (these should only be eaten in the event of an overwhelming sweet craving and not on a regular or daily basis) Sweet cravings are controlled more effectively by eating protein rather than sweets. All other Sugar containing fruits and sweets will set you back! Not skipping meals prevents sweet cravings.
All chemical additives, preservatives , food coloring , stabilizers, artificial flavorings and sweeteners must be avoided! Alcohol must be avoided.
Liver / Gall Bladder Cleanse
Individuals suffering of chronic candidiasis will benefit from administering a series of liver / gall bladder cleanses. It is recommended to use anti-fungal / anti-parasitic remedies for a minimum of four weeks before initiating these cleanses to gain optimal efficacy click here for instructions
