Hi,

I am also taking Nystatin I do think it is slowly starting to help. I have been taking for about 2 1/2 months so far and following diet. I just recently have started eating more carbs and one piece of some of the lower Sugar fruits each a.m. I wonder too if the nystatin is needed in more serious cases which i think i have had. terrible brain fog, leaky gut, food sensitivities , thyroid problems, vision problems, elevated liver enzymes. I have been thinking of quitting the nystatin for awhile since it seems to be slow going but maybe I just need to stick it out for awhile longer yet. Thanks for your info.
