Hi Jolie,
Just take your Threelac with a meal and the hydro in your water through out the day. It is really simple and very easy!!
Just eat healthy No sugars and processed foods. I hope you will start feeling some differance pretty soon it has taken you a long time to get this sick it is gonna take some time to get well..
I am sure you will do fine.
BUT please keep us informed how its going.
