Hi Raider!
Based on this great board, I have switched from Primal Defense to ThreeLac and Hydro just 5 days ago and already have noticed a good change for the better. Not that Primal defense isn't great, just too much for me in the early stages and I will go back to it.
Only after 5 days, I have passed lots of yeast and my constipation has cleared. I give Threelac a definite thumbs up!!!
Thanks Raider for all your advice and my thoughts are with you and your family.
