Besides avoiding the puter and tube...you might consider taking a form of sea vegetation. It helps to pull radiation from the body...see the link below.

BTW...this company manufactures my most favorite ever nutritional supplements! They are an MLM company, but their products kick...pulled me right out of a nose-dive I was experiencing when working on my dissertation years ago.
