I'm not up on this QXCI stuff (in fact, I had to follow the supplied link & google it to read up on what it is - ahhh, hmmmm - interesting, something like bioresonance/biofeedback on steriods??) Eh, guess I'm still a food & herb person mainly; I save my electronic interests for stuff that drinks up bandwidth. ;) However, the copious postings here made me curious, so, I went searching, as per Steve23's instructions, no less.
QXCI scam - google found 8 'unique' - expanded to 12 hits, 3 from some place with a url of 'ratbags', which uses quotes from quackwatch to back up his stance, 5 from Yahoo! groups (check 'em yourself, pretty much standard discussion stuffs)), this thread, a pdf from the Melbourne Observer (which has an article on phone scams and a completely separate ad for a clinic using QXCI) , and 2 different pages of various links. Hmm, don't see anything (except qwackwatch related stuff) that seems ominous. Ok, let's try another one:
QXCI fraud - google found 21 'unique' - expanded to 46 hits, 6 from the above ratbags - same source, 2 from quackwatch itself, 1 from bioenergetics that isn't flattering, but is certainly no lawsuit, 3 from CureZone, 3 from Yahoo! groups, 11 from healthsupermarkets and another 12 generated lists- all links pages which have fraud in one or two articles and other *completely* separate articles on QXCI (favorable, from a quick glance), one from Ultra Lite, which is actually about the Atkin's diet and not anything about QXCI, an article on Ellen H Brown, ... basically, still no real dirt except the quackwatch and regurgitated quackwatch stuff. Hmmm, let's try another:
QXCI lawsuit - google found 16 'unique' - expanded to 53 hits and the pattern remains... I'll spare you the rundown (you can google it yourself) most of which are links pages like those above (or Are those above) - same old stuff.
What I'm not finding are any independent (as in "separate from quackwatch sourced") "very strong consumer warnings" -- and I *am* looking, even following Steve23's criteria. Could they _all_ have been removed in the last few days?
The ratbags hits quote quackwatch as their basis, quackwatch basically uses the one lawsuit Steve23 is so adamant about.
Hmmm, one lawsuit, from one disgruntled person, still pending? .... Gee Golly Willekers!! That just simply *must* mean the entire QXCI / SCIO organization and idea are horribly and irrevocably corrupt and scandalous! Or, it could mean that one dissatisfied person filed a lawsuit that is still pending(?).
Is it just me, or does it seem like a reality check has bounced?
