Which is why Rex's California Superior Court case against QXCI Corporation is still pending, after well over a year of (failed) dismissal attempts by the large law firm representing QXCI.

The sad truth here is that Rex will probaby run out of money.

QXCI will just wear him down with ongoing legal costs, as they are very well funded.
