QXCI suffered a default California Superior Court judgement in this case, because they did not rspond to the law suit.
Therefore, the above listed Superior Court case filing by the plantif, served as the Superior court decision against QXCI.
Now, however QXCI has hired a very large Los Angeles law firm to challenge the default judgement agains them, and the physically ailing plantif has had to hire a new lawyer to fight the QXCI corporation.
I learned this today when I entered the case number at http://lasuperiorcourt.org under the (seperate) "case histories" search. This is a *free* search, I invite everyone interested in the case to also do this case history search.
The apeal outcome may be that, because the ailing plantif has limited personal financial means, he will be worn down financially by the very large QXCI corporation -- and HE may, eventually, be forced to default the case to the QXCI corporation.
Corporate financial smothering of injured parties is all too common in the courts, I saw it a lot growing up in my father's consumer advocacy law practive.
