Your again reacting with viscuious personal characterizations, instead of responding in a supportive fashon does say a lot about the rationality your argument.

You do seem to be in a lot of pain over your financial envolvement with QXCI.

Yes I do! Finding that official Los Angeles Superior Court decision document helped my QXCI "business opportunity"-investing friend, tremendously.

Also, your claim that such "quackwatch.com faked" Superior Court Decission documents "do not exist", had to be investigated.

I was open to your claim and now see that it was a desperate reaction, on your part.

Quackwatch.com may be run by totally amoral people...... I have yet to (fully) determine that, but you clearly lied.

My heart does go out to you, Lapis, you appear to be in a lot of pain, desperation and fear of financial loss over your involvement with QXCI..... to react in such a way about what we now know to be a California Superior Court document, stating (in official court decision):

"As a result, Plaintiff's syphilis went untreated and further developed inside his body for over a year, causing Plaintiff considerable pain, sickness and suffering to his person. In addition. Plaintiff experienced headaches and blurred vision as a result of the treatment with the Quantum Xrroid, a device which passes electrical current through various points in the body including the head.

Thereafter, in June, 2001, Plaintiff, feeling ill and concerned for his health, sought medical attention from a licensed physician in Los Angeles, California. Said physician utilized standard, scientifically accepted methods of diagnosis. At that time, he was diagnosed with syphilis and was treated therefor and for the headaches and blurred vision. Plaintiff suffered pain and illness that he would not have suffered, and incurred substantial medical charges that he would not have incurred, had his syphilis been properly diagnosed by Dr. Wilson and had Plaintiff not incurred the headaches and blurred vision from the use of the device.

As a direct and proximate result of Defendants' conduct, Plaintiff has suffered great pain, suffering and mental anguish, as well as additional medical expense, all to his damage in an amount to be proven at trial herein.

In doing the acts set forth above, Defendants acted with a reckless and conscious disregard of the rights, health and well-being of Plaintiff, well knew that the Quantum Xrroid was not a scientifically proven medical diagnostic instrument, well knew that the Quantum Xrroid was not approved by the FDA as a medical diagnostic instrument, acted despicably, with the intent to vex, injure, harass and annoy Plaintiff. Therefore, Plaintiff is entitled to recover from Defendants punitive and exemplary damages ..."

I was nearly killed as a child by a medical doctor, yes, agreed.

And, as is clearly seen in this California Superior Court decision, health-destructive AMORAL greed does exist in the alternative medical world, as well.

My friend fell for QXCI's $12,000 "medical career" sales pitch.

I love her and want to protect her and others like her who could be victimized by the QXCI "opprtunity".

"Wasn't it you that broke into a support forum and began attacking the QXCI and the man who invented it. Perhaps you should redirect your comments to yourself."

Protecting my friend and others like her with hard consumer data, is supportive.

Wake up, Lapis.

Your careless very public lie about this specific California Superior Court decision "not even existing" is proof enough of your complete lack of support and basic caring for the alternative health consumer public.

Let your $12,000 loss, go.

The QXCI "business opportunity" appears to lack basic health and social responsibility.

"Your court record proves nothing other than The FDA's slanted power and insitance in paving a lopsided way for their Pharma collegues. They will go after a device like this (one they have no basis or interest in understanding) yet, leave pharma killing to run rampant.

In decision documents (my father was a consumer-activist trial lawyer :), the full case -- ie: both plantif and defendant's agruments are first outlined. Read the full California Superior Court document, to it's end. The court found against QXCI

Yes, any spiritually authoritative document that states:

I consider myself non-religious and spiritual. I patricularly admire Jesus Christ, if he did exist.

The story of Jesus' angry rebellion against the money changers in the Temple, is particularly inspirational.
