Just wanted to send a thankyou for the yerba mate recommendation. three months ago i was in really bad shape with UC, lots of blood, and visiting the restroom up to 15 times a day. after reading this post about yerba mate i started to drink copious amounts, around 12 spoonfuls a day. within a week a saw incredible improvements and now, about three months later i am totally 100% symprom free and eating whatever i like. just wanted to let others know that i have experienced great results from drinking yerba mate in the treatment of UC. I am also taking the herbal fiberland product from the aim company that was recommended in the above post. don't want to get over confident yet, but i felt i should share my success since it has improved my life dramatically. all the best and thanks so much - grant
