glad to hear its helping you out , i havent felt dehydrated yet on the mate Tea probably because i drink quite alot of water througt out the day and have a 2 litre bottle of water during my training at gym , I dont use and particular brand of mate or flavored type and i usually just boil about 8 tsps of mate to about 1 litre and a half of water and drink it as often as i can about 6 times a day i will half a coffee mug size amount , hope this helps
