Nutrition in med school - there is some but that is the area of dietiticians.

wrong-o. nutrition and diet are two different things. if everyone would eat for nutrition, we would have no health problems. but then, who really knows what nutrition we need? i choose the maker and what he has provided - nothing added, nothing taken away, nothing altered in any way. what he says is food is what is food. the rest is for other reasons and becomes part of a diet, a very unhealthy one in this country for sure - one bereft of nutrition and chock full of toxins.
